College Transport Information

Details of the transport options for students travelling to local colleges from the Gosport and Fareham area can be found below. This information was compiled in Autumn 2024; please refer to individual college websites for confirmation of current routes and timings.

Travelling by train

If you are considering travelling to college by train, you may like to consider a 16-17 Saver card. Cards costs £30 and allow you to buy train tickets at half price for most journeys - there are no time restrictions or minimum fares. You will need to provide evidence of your age for the application, such as a valid passport, National ID card or driving licence. See 16-17 Saver.

Financial assistance

All colleges will consider applications for financial support for students from low income households. Please see the travel page links for each college to see the support available.
