Aeronautical Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship - Easyjet
You'll join a fully funded two-year programme that will see you first picking up the skills and qualifications you'll need to get going before building up the practical experience to become a fully qualified (and employed) Aeronautical Engineer. You will complete a CAT A1 training course at their Luton or Kemble training academy for 9 months, with accommodation paid for. Between 10 and 24 months you'll continue your learning by working full time at Luton or Gatwick. Some benefits you'll get in return:

This opportunity is in the Faculty of Business and Law. This apprenticeship will need an attention to detail, including scheduling, managing a shared inbox, and data entry. There will also be the need to take photos at events and help with social media. The role will report to the Research and Innovation Digital Communications Manager.

Field Technician Apprentice - Virgin Media, Portsmouth
You'll have the opportunity to work on and with the very latest technology, such as their superfast broadband, dazzling TV and entertainment serives. By the end of the scheme, you will have learned how to master the ins and outs of installing and fixing their phones, TV and broadband products.
An average of 37.5 hours per week. You'll work as part of the team on early or late shifts, in all weathers, between the hours of 8am to 8pm, including working 2 out of 3 Saturdays. A starting salary of "26,5000, rising to £29,000 upon completion.

The apprenticeship in dental nursing is an 18-month government funded course. City and Guilds Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dental Nursing. The job entails assisting the dentist, sterilising equipment, reception and any other ad hoc duties that may be required. You will provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to Practice Clinicians, work in reception, dealing with patient queries, answering the phones, taking payments and booking appointments.

This role resides within the Environment, Health and Safety Department which is the authority for all EHS matters for Airbus Defence and Space in the UK. Manufacturing Engineering Higher Technical Apprenticeship - Airbus, Portsmouth
You will get to develop both mechanical and electrical skills within the programme. You will be immersed in a stimulating design and manufacturing environment. Your roles will include, but is not limited to:

Payload Systems Engineering Degree Apprenticeship - Airbus, Portsmouth
You will be part of a multi-discipline team of technical experts and technical managers, support the payload development, assembly, test and validation, also covering systems engineering, and mission operations. You will help ensure robustness of the full payload and of RF and digital equipment, processors, active and passive antennas.
You will gain an insight into the development life cycle of payload and satellite systems covering their development, design, build, evaluation and validation, and you will learn how system engineering principles are applied and utilised throughout these stages.

You can join the Commodity Management team, responsible for securing their supplier lines, delivering value for money and developing structured relationships with key suppliers or you can support and follow TElecom's senior project managers to develop an understanding of the project requirements to the point where you will be able to manage your own project or work package.

Fabricator Apprentice - BAE Systems, Portsmouth Naval Base
You'll develop a range of different engineering skills and gain valuable experience working on maritime vessels. A fabricator will work from engineering drawings to develop patterns to enable the fabrication of components and assemblies to the required specification. Utilise a range of powered and non powered tools and equipment to include but not limited to guillotine, rollers, folding machines and drills. You will work on all types current Royal Navy Ships that are in upkeep or maintenance periods which will involve repairing and upgrading the ships structure, including manufacturing components for new additions.

Space Systems Engineering Degree Apprenticeship - Babcock, Bordon and Corsham
