Level 3 Rail Engineering Technician Apprenticeship - Network Rail, Havant
You will work alongside experienced engineers in depots across the UK and and as part of the team, you'll specialise in a pathway relevant to the depot you're based at. The pathways are Track, Signalling, Telecommunications, Overhead Lines, Locking Fitter, and Distribution and Plant. You will get hands-on and repair the tracks, working with high voltage systems, heights and specialist tools, repairing major signalling failures, supporting their telecommunications systems, or keeping the power flowing safely and efficiently.
Network Rail runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year which means that it is likely you will follow a shift pattern that will mean working nights and/or weekends and there will be times where you need to stay away from home for training. £21,477 a year.

Commis Chef Apprentice - WBSM Holdings Ltd, Portsmouth
This role offers hands-on kitchen experience within a fast-paced fresh food environment, supporting professional chef development while working towards a recognised qualification. You will need to prepare fresh ingredients and assist in the production of menu items following recipes, support the kitchen team during service, ensuring speed, accuracy and consistency and assist with stock rotation, deliveries and food storage procedures.

You will be working outside on the Refinery maintaining equipment by shadowing experience technicians, learning skills to identify how equipment works and learning how to repair and maintain equipment.
