Apprentice Production Assistant Level 3 - BBC Radio Solent, Southampton
The Production Apprenticeship Scheme helps you to gain experience with BBC production teams across the UK, making world-class content for audiences on radio, TV or digital platforms. Apprentice Building Surveyor - Portsmouth City Council, Hampshire
At the start of your apprenticeship programme you will be trained to undertake energy performance certificate surveys and you will be undertaking a number of stock condition surveys in order to improve your knowledge of surveying, building types and day to day repair issues. As you develop you will be given more responsibility and progress to undertaking building condition surveys as well as inspecting and auditing day to day repair works. Once you are ready you will be allocated your own large-scale refurbishment and conversion projects that you will lead and be responsible for from inspection to completion.

You will be entrusted with responsibilities such as candidate sourcing, conducting initial screenings and assisting in matching suitable individuals to specific positions, plus administration based tasks.

The site team provide caretaking, cleaning, porterage and routine maintenance service to meet the needs of the school, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operational effectiveness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Content Creator Apprenticeship - Pompey in the Community
You will be creating content for their social media channels and website with their marketing team, helping develop videos, images and articles to promote their message to an audience. You will also research their target audience, developing an idea according to a brief, supporting the production of the piece of context and keeping track of audience engagement.
Monday to Saturday 37.5 hours. Hours will vary depending upon training, events, matches, and programmes. Primarily between 9am-8pm, so you can attend training sessions, matches and events including working Portsmouth FC match days. £12,480 a year.

You will be maintaining, servicing and repairing vehicles to a consistently high standard. You will be trained in all areas of vehicle mechanics and electronics, from engine and exhaust systems to air conditioning and security features.

Optical Assistant Apprenticeship - Specsavers, Ryde
During your apprenticeship you will be giving customers advice, booking eye tests pre-screening patients and measuring frames and you will also make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible by looking out for any little problems that crop up.
Full-time to include weekend working, day and times are to be confirmed but totalling 37 hours 30 minutes a week. £12,899.70 a year.

Digital Marketing Apprentice - Involve Selection Ltd, Portsmouth
Day to day responsibilities will revolve around the tactical execution of marketing strategy, this will include, but is not limited to:

Government Social Research Degree Apprenticeship
This is a four-year programme which offers an opportunity to gain real experience working on some of the government's most impactful projects, while gaining a BA undergraduate degree in Applied Social Research. You will be located at Governemtn departments across England. Locations include Birmingham, Croydon, Liverpool, London, Titchfield and more.
This role will involve studying and analysing various aspects of society, like people's behaviour, opinions, and needs. You will be working on a wide variety of programmes and projects to help build better policies that can improve people's lives. You will design and gather data on surveys, conduct interviews, and focus groups that explore what people think, and run experiments to decide what kinds of social programmes work best.
The minimum salary will be £26,337 nationally, or £28,576 in London. Salaries vary according to department and location. Your working week will be 37 hours, 80% of this time is spent on GSR work and 20% of this time will be for learning.

Apprentice Groundworker - Volkerstevin Limited, Hampshire
You will undertake fully funded training through CTEC. You will clear and tidy construction sites, dig trenches for foundations, det up sites including putting up barriers, provide evacuation support and more.

Apprentice Account Manager - This is Rollo Ltd, Portsmouth
This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, client management, and campaign deliver. You'll assist with social media, content creation, project tracking, and client communication, all while learning through structured training and mentorship.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. £13,312 to £23,795.20. Pay will increase when individual completes the apprenticeship and becomes a full-fledged Account Manager.

MPL Pilot Cadet Programme - TUI
Over a 19-month period you will complete your initial flying training, and eventually fly the Boeing 737 as a Cadet Pilot from one of TUI's UK bases. With no previous flying experience necessary, you'll complete their MPL programme, and you will be instructed by TUI Airline trainers throughout the course.

Animal Care Apprentice - BusyB Petcare, Southsea
During your apprenticeship you'll be assisting on daily day care walks and setting up for the day, ensuring environmental enrichment and welfare whilst in daycare, supervising and assisting with dog training. You will need to bathe dogs and help with general grooming, serve customers in the shop plus more.

Early Years Educator Apprentice - The Old Station Nursery, Portsmouth
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will undertake the training required to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator. Manufacturing Engineering Higher Technical Apprenticeship - Airbus, Portsmouth
You will get to develop both mechanical and electrical skills within the programme. You will be immersed in a stimulating design and manufacturing environment. Your roles will include, but is not limited to:

Payload Systems Engineering Degree Apprenticeship - Airbus, Portsmouth
You will be part of a multi-discipline team of technical experts and technical managers, support the payload development, assembly, test and validation, also covering systems engineering, and mission operations. You will help ensure robustness of the full payload and of RF and digital equipment, processors, active and passive antennas.
You will gain an insight into the development life cycle of payload and satellite systems covering their development, design, build, evaluation and validation, and you will learn how system engineering principles are applied and utilised throughout these stages.

Fabricator Apprentice - BAE Systems, Portsmouth Naval Base
You'll develop a range of different engineering skills and gain valuable experience working on maritime vessels. A fabricator will work from engineering drawings to develop patterns to enable the fabrication of components and assemblies to the required specification. Utilise a range of powered and non powered tools and equipment to include but not limited to guillotine, rollers, folding machines and drills. You will work on all types current Royal Navy Ships that are in upkeep or maintenance periods which will involve repairing and upgrading the ships structure, including manufacturing components for new additions.

Your day-to-day activities will be varied and exciting, offering you a broad exposure to the entire project lifecycle. During the Welding Apprenticeship you will learn how to weld plate and structural components to high standards of quality.
