Amanda 

Amanda really enjoys helping young people make informed decisions about their next steps and feels that careers guidance gives young people the opportunity to explore what is important to them, whether that is education, career ideas or aspirations for the future. 

She feels her role is to listen, advise of the options available and the pathways young people can choose to reach their goals.

Previously Amanda worked as an Employment Adviser providing careers advice and guidance to adults.

Julia 

Julia trained as a Careers Adviser in 2018 - she loves supporting people and helping them to see their full potential.

She feels her job is to help young people explore all their options in a confidential safe environment, and to consider career goals, strengths and interests. 

Previously, Julia worked for B&Q for 30 years and has a wealth of business knowledge.
